Air France and Delta Air Lines announced on May 13, 2026, the addition of codeshare flights on the daily Atlanta–Accra service beginning June 1. Air France flight numbers will appear on all Delta-operated flights.
The agreement allows SkyTeam members to earn and redeem miles across the route while providing single-ticket itineraries with guaranteed connections at Atlanta.
Business class passengers receive access to Delta’s Sky Club and Air France lounges on both sides of the Atlantic. Economy fares start from $850 round-trip from Europe via Atlanta.
Ghanaian tourism officials welcomed the enhanced connectivity, expecting increased European visitor numbers to Accra and beyond.
The codeshare forms part of the broader joint venture between the two carriers covering over 300 daily flights across the Atlantic.
Travel agents can now book the route under either carrier’s inventory with full interline baggage through-checking.
Future expansions may include additional West African destinations as demand recovers.
