About Kate

A love for Australia's diversity.

Kate Rae is an Australian travel blogger and the founder of She Travels Australia. She's spent years exploring the enormous variety her home country has to offer, from ancient red-rock landscapes in the northwest to the wild coastlines of southern Victoria.

Her two favourite destinations right now are Broome in Western Australia, a remote pearling town where the desert meets the sea, and Wilsons Promontory in Southern Victoria, one of the most beautiful national parks on the continent. Her guides are written from personal experience, with honest detail and no filler.
