EasyJet announced a 40 percent discount on 150 routes originating from UK airports including Gatwick, Manchester and Edinburgh. The sale covers destinations in Spain, Italy, Greece, France and Portugal with travel dates from July 15 through September 30 2026. Round-trip fares start at 49 pounds to select cities.
The airline cited strong summer capacity and competition from low-cost carriers as reasons for the promotion. Over 2.1 million seats are included in the sale across the network. EasyJet carried 90 million passengers in 2025 and aims to exceed 100 million this year.
Similar fare promotions occurred in 2024 but covered fewer routes. The current sale responds to softer demand in northern Europe amid economic uncertainty. Analysts expect load factors above 90 percent on promoted flights.
What this means for you
Book immediately via the EasyJet website or app before the July 10 deadline as popular slots will sell out. Select flexible tickets for an additional 12 pounds if your plans may change. Compare total costs including seat selection and baggage fees before finalizing.
Travel mid-week to maximize savings since weekend flights carry smaller discounts. Set up price alerts for any routes not included in the current promotion.
Additional sales are expected in August for autumn travel based on EasyJet's historical pattern.
