Ryanair launched its largest summer sale on June 12 2026 covering 200 Mediterranean routes. One-way fares start at €19.99 to destinations including Palma, Malaga, Athens and Split. More than four million seats are available at the reduced prices until June 30.
The airline attributes the cuts to lower fuel costs and higher aircraft utilisation. Routes originate from 35 European cities including London, Berlin, Paris and Milan. Additional flights have been added on popular corridors to accommodate expected demand.
Ryanair has used aggressive pricing to gain market share in leisure travel since 2023. Mediterranean destinations recovered strongly after pandemic restrictions lifted. The carrier now operates more than 500 aircraft and plans further fleet growth in 2027.
Airport charges and government taxes remain payable on top of the headline fare. Seat selection and priority boarding are extra unless bundled. The sale excludes peak dates around August 15 and the last week of September.
What this means for you
Book immediately through ryanair.com and compare nearby departure airports for the lowest total price. Add only essential extras at booking to keep costs down. Set calendar alerts for any schedule changes that may occur closer to departure.
Pack light to avoid checked-bag fees and arrive at the airport two hours early for assigned seating. Consider travel insurance that covers airline disruptions given the high volume of flights. Verify passport validity meets the six-month rule for non-Schengen destinations.
Similar sales typically appear again in September for winter sun routes. Monitor Ryanair's app for flash sales on newly added frequencies throughout the summer.
