Lufthansa Group announced the new daily Frankfurt-Singapore flight on June 7 2026. The service begins October 15 using Airbus A350-900 widebodies configured with 48 business 70 premium economy and 195 economy seats. One-way fares start at 620 euros for economy bookings made before July 31.
Departure times are set at 10:15 from Frankfurt arriving 06:05 the next day in Singapore. Return flights leave Singapore at 23:55 arriving Frankfurt at 06:30. Codeshare partners Singapore Airlines will place their flight numbers on the route.
The carrier previously operated the route until 2020 when demand collapsed. Recovery in premium cabin loads reached 82 percent on Asian routes last quarter prompting the reinstatement.
Frankfurt remains Lufthansa's primary Asian hub with 42 weekly flights to the region. Singapore Changi recorded 62 million passengers in 2025 and continues expanding its network.
