Flydubai announced on April 20, 2026, the launch of daily nonstop service between Dubai International Airport and Bangkok’s Don Mueang International Airport beginning July 1. The Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft will operate the four-hour flight.
The new route complements the airline’s existing service to Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport and provides direct access to northern Thailand destinations from the low-cost terminal.
Introductory one-way fares start at $180 including taxes, with business class seats available from $450. Free seat selection and 20kg baggage are included in all fares.
Both airports confirmed dedicated check-in counters and fast-track immigration lanes for the new service. Thai and UAE authorities approved the route under existing bilateral air service agreements.
Travel operators in Dubai report immediate interest from families planning summer holidays to Thailand’s beaches and cultural sites.
The addition strengthens Flydubai’s position as a key player in the Middle East–Southeast Asia corridor.
Passengers are advised to allow extra time for Don Mueang’s security screening during peak departure periods.
