Toubkal National Park, An unforgettable excursion in the middle of the mountain that plunges visitors into the heart of the incredible nature of the hinterland of Marrakech.
The highest point in Morocco and North Africa, Jbel Toubkal is only 70 km south of Marrakech, but its highest peak is 4167 meters. Rich in exceptional biodiversity, the Toubkal National Park offers unique views of over 38,000 hectares where plateaus and cliffs alternate with gorges and rivers with crystal clear waters.
To explore this natural gem, we propose for you a good professional guide who knows the region and take you on the most beautiful paths of the Atlas Mountain. Our Atlas Guide accompanies you safely to go to the Toubkal attack for a day, or a trek of a few days.


Itinerary

You can imagine, in a single day, impossible to climb to the highest point. But Toubkal Rando has planned for the most eager a circuit to discover the most beautiful sites in the region.

With a departure at 8 am from Marrakech, you take the direction of the mountains on the road to Tizi N'Test. You join the Toubkal massif via Tahanaout 34 km from Marrakech, towards the village of Asni through the gorges of Ghighaya.

You then reach the village of Imlil, 1740 meters above sea level, starting point for all the hikes to Jbel Toubkal. From Imlil, you go for an easy walk of 2 or 3 hours during which you cross the Berber villages like Armed, located at more than 2000 meters of altitude.

On this excursion, you will enjoy magnificent views of the mountain top, and a lunch in nature in a cottage Tamatert, which offers a breathtaking - and photogenic - throughout the valley.

The return to Marrakech is planned in the afternoon, leaving you with unforgettable memories of this country outing.
